Albuquerque-Based Stillbrooke Homes Offers Buyers Customization Without the Custom Prices

Homebuilder wins Best Kitchen and Best Bathroom for its 2019 Parade Home

Albuquerque, N.M., – Stillbrooke Homes, an Albuquerque-based homebuilder that offers home buyers customized homes without the custom prices, won two awards for its Parade Home located in the Santa Monica Estates in the Northeast Heights. The home, which has now been sold, won best kitchen and best bathroom in category 2.  Stillbrooke has won numerous homebuilder awards since the company was first founded in Albuquerque in 1997.

With over 20 floorplans to choose from, Stillbrooke allows buyers to make structural changes such as moving walls and making rooms bigger which offers buyers customization adding virtually unlimited options, while avoiding the custom home prices.

“People want choices and we give that to them,” said Scott Henry, Stillbrooke Homes CEO. “Many builders allow you to make a few choices, change a tile, pick a color and call it custom.  We do much more.  We allow you to really customize your new home, without the huge expense of dealing with an architect and drafting company that most custom builders charge for.”

In addition to the customized home buyers can expect with Stillbrooke, the company also offers their exclusive “GreenSmart” features in every home. Combining environmentally friendly living with superior savings, Stillbrooke’s GreenSmart homes include premium windows that block up to 84% of the sun’s harmful UV rays, sole plate seal installed underneath the exterior walls to reduce energy loss, radiant roof decking and highly efficient, name brand, HVAC equipment among many more energy savings features.

In 2020, Stillbrooke plans to open four new communities in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights. The four new communities are:

  • Luna Vita – Luna Vita will be a quaint, 10 home community on Wilshire and Louisiana in the Northeast Heights. Homes at Luna Vita will also start in the $400s and can be customized as per Stillbrooke’s customization program. An added perk of living in Luna Vita is that there will be no costly Homeowner’s Association fee tacked on to buyer’s bills. In the coveted and award winning Northstar school district, the waiting list is already forming for these homes. Pre-sales at Luna Vita began November 1st.

  • Estates at Santa Monica Phase II – The Estates at Santa Monica, located on Louisiana and Santa Monica Ave NE, feature one-and-two story homes, accommodating up to 5 bedrooms. Home in Phase II will start in the $390s. Buyers interested in huge savings should consider buying on of the few remaining homes in Phase I in this central northeast heights community. Just six minutes from I -25 via San Antonio, convenience is the key word in Santa Monica.

  • Horizon Village – Near Balloon Fiesta park, Horizon Village, a townhome community, will feature a village green centered between a future commercial site which could house an assisted living or nursing home, mixed housing, or even a boutique hotel. Stillbrooke’s newest townhome concept will be a transitional design and range from 1,700 to 2,000 square feet with a 2-car garage. Horizon Village will give homeowners a unique opportunity to enjoy a superior location in the La Cueva School district, but with lower maintenance and lower cost than traditional Northeast Heights homes. Townhomes at Horizon Village will start in the low $300’s.

  • Sevano – Sevano will be a 41- home gated community with new floor plans and transitional elevations to complement Stillbrooke’s timeless designs. Located at the corner of Alameda and Louisiana, where numerous projects are underway. The one-and-two story homes in Sevano will start in the $400s and include up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Sales at Sevano are scheduled to begin Spring 2020.

“The Northeast Heights is the preferred home location in Albuquerque and we’re extremely happy to offer buyers these many new home options,” said Henry. “I encourage anyone interested in Stillbrooke homes to come into our model home and talk to our sales representatives about your next home, whether it’s a low maintenance townhome or a luxury residence in North Albuquerque acres on your lot of your own.”
