COVID-19 Update to Policies
Dear Valued Customer,
By now I am sure you are inundated with COVID-19 policy update statements from many sources. And I am sure that by now you are beginning to grow weary of the circumstances beyond our collective control. We hope and pray that you and your family are safe, as we all sense this heightened meaning of what Shelter and Home is, and again we are thankful that you chose us to be a part of this important Home decision. To that end, we wanted to provide you with some updates that we are implementing on our own, and to do our part in this battle against this unforeseen war as you, our customer’s safety is of the utmost importance.
Main office/ Construction:
– Our main office at 8801 Jefferson NE Bldg. A Albuquerque, NM 87113 remains open 8:30-5:00 Monday through Thursday and 8:30 -2:00 on Fridays, and has enhanced cleaning twice each week as well as some employees are home bound and working remotely.
– Field personnel are actively engaged in common sense management and by nature most construction activity will not be interrupted due to construction sites not being public to begin with and crews being smaller scale and naturally spread throughout the job site, however, we may experience some delays in some trades and contractors depending upon their particular company or governmental policy changes.
– If and when we begin experiencing supply chain or labor shortages or interruption, we will do our best to mitigate this and inform you of those issues. As of this writing, we are not experiencing any inordinate delays in actual construction activity.
– Our Décor Center remains open and cleaned for individual by appointment only. We ask that only the decision maker/purchaser, but no more than two attend this important appointment.
Remote office (model, open homes):
– Current model is at 9719 Blue Dove Pl NE Albuquerque, NM 87122
– We will be open to the general public only on Monday – Saturday 11am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
– Our Sales reps and employees including Warranty personnel are instructed to refrain from traditional handshakes and try to maintain a reasonably safe distance when in conversation with guests and homeowners.
– Our model home will have enhanced cleaning with disinfectant cleaning solutions each Friday or Saturday morning.
– Also, as stated in your Purchase Agreement, an important reminder about jobsite visits and safety now isn’t just reiterated because of potential hazardous activity, but now expanded to include safety where distancing is being stressed. Therefore, do not visit any jobsite without having invitation or permission and accompaniment by a Stillbrooke Representative.
